Translation Services

For you to have your document translated, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Deliver your document for assessment and costing, either physically or via email.

2. Pay the charges to the bank account below

3. Present proof of payment to our personnel in Reception tent to obtain a receipt of your payment, and a reference number.

The translation process takes between 3 to 4 working days. Should you, need express service, please let us know.

4. When picking your document, please carry the receipt onto which a reference number was issued for easy identification of your document.

English Language Teaching

We teach English language at different levels:

  • Beginners
  • Elementary
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced

Each level lasts for about three (3) months

At the end of each level, you sit for an examination, and a certificate is awarded

Each level costs UGX 580,000

Transcription Services

Transcription is the reduction of an audio or audio-visual recording into written form

Procedure of transcription services

  1. Share the video/audio to be transcribed on a memory stick or email it to us (e.g. via We transfer).
  2. Receive a quote
  3. Pay the charges to the bank account, Stanbic Bank, A/C No 9030005817861, A/C name: MUC PMC INSTITUTE OF LANGUAGES.
  4. Present the payment slip and obtain a reference number and a receipt.
  5. You will be advised on when the transcript can be picked.

Certificate of English Language Proficiency

We are accredited to issue a Certificates of English language proficiency. Certificates of English language proficiency are issued to graduates from universities and other tertiary institutions whose medium of teaching was in English.

Requirement: Original academic transcript

For non-English graduates;

  1. A test of 2 ½ hours is given, and if passed, a Certificate of English Language Proficiency is awarded.
  2. It takes 1 day to process the English proficiency certificate.

Charges

  • Graduates from all Ugandan universities, and have their original academic transcript are charged UGX 250,000
  • Graduates from English speaking countries, and have their original academic transcripts are charged UGX 250,000
  • Ugandans without a Degree or Diploma are charged UGX 500,000
